This past week, I helped at the Quo Vadis camp, where 100 young people from all over the Diocese came to the Seminary in Huntington for a Catholic Leadership and Vocations camp.  Last year was the first year when they had 87 campers, this time out over 100 with many on a waiting list.  The counselors were Seminarians, Priests, Religious Sisters, Campus Ministers and College students, who shared their faith with these young people.  It has been a tremendous success in engaging some of our young people in their faith.  We continue to have a lot of work ahead of us to help our young people in the faith and also to help them discern where God is calling them and what is He calling them to.  As a parish community, we strive to support our young people in various events and activities and also through prayer.  Continue to pray for vocations to priesthood, religious life, married life and the single life that our young people might discern how God is calling them to live out their lives.

For now, we continue our walk with the Lord.
