Over the past few years, we have noticed that the façade of the Bell Tower of the Church has deteriorated. Our first fear was with regard to safety but after having an engineer out to look there was no worries of the wooden façade falling off the tower.  Over the past few months, we have started to investigate renovating the bell tower façade.  Four companies submitted bids and we are now in the process of seeking Diocesan approval to go forward with the project.  Along with the renovation of the Bell Tower, we will also address a problem below the Rose Window, where water has gotten in and damaged the interior wall.  The proposal we are going for is $98,780.  We hope that the work once commenced will take about a month to complete.  We will look to start the project after Easter.  We will not run a capital campaign for this project, we will draw on reserves to complete the project.

For now, we continue our walk with the Lord.
