The Holy Family
Christmas is so important we celebrate it for 8 days. On the Sunday within the Octave of Christmas, we celebrate the Holy Family. We see the love Mary, Joseph and Jesus has for each other and their love of God. We pray that they may be our model so that we grow in faith, hope and love with our own families. As we reflect on the Holy Family, we pray for our own families. On December 8th, Pope Francis dedicated coming year to the intercession of St. Joseph. He is the Patron Saint of the Universal Church. May his powerful intercession strengthen our families and our Church! May this Christmas season be filled with peace and joy for you and your family.
Happy New Year!
New Year’s Day is the Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God. It is a great day to pray for our family and friends through the intercession of Mary as we begin another calendar year. I pray this is a year filled with peace, joy and love for you and your family. We will have Mass in the Church on Dec 31st at 7pm in Spanish and January 1st at 8am, 12noon and 7pm in English. The noon service will be recorded and subsequently available for viewing.
For now, we continue our walk with the Lord.
