Health and Safety Protocols for the Parish Center and Our Lady’s Hall
Starting Monday, Nov. 8, 2021, we will require visitors to the Parish Center and Our Lady’s Hall to wear a mask while in the building. This is mainly done to protect parishioners, guests and staff that use the Parish Center and Our Lady’s Hall. We have already had it in place during Religious Education instruction, however it seems like a good step to take to keep all as safe and healthy as we can.
Catholic Ministries Appeal
Our goal this year the Catholic Ministries Appeal is $62,800.00. To date we have $43,125.18 pledged. We are $19,674.82 away from our parish’s goal. We will have a collection next week to help us towards the goal of $62,800. If we make goal we will have 20% of the goal returned to the parish, and 80% of whatever is over goal. Typically, we have made our goal every year. Over the past few years, we have missed our goal. The Catholic Ministry Appeal (CMA) helps the Church’s mission on Long Island. It helps Catholic Charities, formation of priests and deacons, and helps our parish with the rebate we receive upon making goal.
For now, we continue our walk with the Lord.
