On Jan. 12, 2022, Marie Norwood, a long time parishioner and staff member, passed away. She coordinated our financial outreach program and was one of the parish secretaries. We will begin a search for a parish secretary very soon.
On Jan. 18, 2022, Katya Syrochkina informed me that she had accepted a position at Holy Family Roman Catholic in Hicksville. We have begun a search for a new organist/music director. This will be her last weekend with us. We thank Katya for her hard work and dedication to our parish and wish her all the best in her new position!
Catholic Schools’ Week
This week is Catholic Schools’ Week. Our regional school in Center Moriches, Our Lady Queen of Apostles, will be having an open house on Sunday January 30th from 10am to 12pm and on Wednesday, February 2nd from 6pm to 7:30pm.
