This weekend, we celebrate Trinity Sunday. This complex mystery of our faith, One God in three Divine Persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We come into contact with God in many ways and encounter the distinct three Divine Persons in different ways. We encounter the Father in Creation, we encounter the Son in the Sacraments, especially the Eucharist and we encounter the Holy Spirit in the movement of the Church.
Included in the bulletin this week and posted online is our synopsis of the Synod meeting we had in the parish. I invite you to look it over. At those meeting we encountered the Holy Spirit and its movement in our parish. Next week, we will celebrate Corpus Christi, the Solemnity of the Most Precious Body and Blood of Christ. To do something special for this, we will have a Eucharistic Procession to the Parish Center after 11am Mass and 5pm Mass in Spanish with some time for adoration in the Parish Center.
For now, we continue our walk with the Lord.
