This weekend we begin the season of Advent.  A time to prepare our hearts and minds for the coming of Christ both at the end of time and at Christmas as we commemorate His birth.  There are various ways to prepare, one way is through prayer.  During the Mondays of Advent we will have Exposition, Preached Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and end with Night Prayer, starting at 8pm.  It is an opportunity to pray before the Blessed Sacrament, reflecting on God’s love for us through the birth of His Son.   It is also an opportunity to pray part of the Liturgy of the Hours as a community of faith.  Next Sunday, December 4, Fr. Richard will have Evening Prayer at 4pm in the Parish Center.

For now, we continue our walk with the Lord.
