Christ the King
This weekend we celebrate the Feast of Christ the King. As our readings over the past few weeks have focused on the end times, we recognize Jesus as the King of the Universe. We recognize that we will be judged at the end of time, so the question is how have we lived out our lives; how have we shown that Jesus is the King of the Universe and King of our hearts? This is something we might reflect on at the end of our lives, but it doesn’t have to be just then; how about now. Where are we in our relationship with God, neighbor and self? How might we improve our relationship with God, neighbor, and self? We can start by recognizing Christ as King of the Universe and our hearts, and share that love that He has for us with those around us.

On Thanksgiving Day, November 24th, we will have a bilingual Mass at 10am in place of the usual 8am Mass in the Church. It is a great way to start off the day as we give thanks to God for all we have and the blessings we have received.

For now, we continue our walk with the Lord.
