Spotlight on: Religious Education
The largest and one of the most important ministries in the parish is that of Religious Education. The religious education of our children and teens is extremely important. It is how we develop our young people to understand the faith and their relationship with God, themselves and the Church. This task is one of the more time consuming endeavors of our parish staff and volunteers. Passing on the faith is a mandate every parent and godparent recieves at the baptism of their child. The Church is here to assist in that effort. However without volunteers, it is impossible. We are in constant need of catechists, who are given the tools to help guide our young people in their lesson. We have need of monitors who keep our children safe and help the children. If you are interested in helping with the Religious Education, please contact the Religious Education Office.
